Shipping policy
Orders ship Monday through Friday. We don't ship out on weekends.
Pallet orders
- Free pallet shipping on orders of $2,500 or more, anywhere in the continental US.
- Pallets usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours of your order (excluding weekends) and are typically delivered within 14 days of your order.
- Pallets are delivered curbside. Need it brought inside? Add Inside Delivery to your order.
- Before you sign for a pallet, check it for damage and write any damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Multi-location orders
Ordering for more than one location? Combine everything onto one pallet going to one address and you still get free shipping, as long as the combined total is $2,500 or more. Just enter the code Multi-Location at checkout.
Individual (parcel) orders
- There's no minimum on individual orders.
- We don't make any money on parcel shipping. The shipping cost you see at checkout is the carrier's own calculated rate for exactly what you ordered, and it's exactly what we pay the carrier. It's a straight pass-through with no markup.
- Individual orders typically arrive within 7 days, but can take up to 14 days depending on your location and the items ordered.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
