Choosing your wax

Six waxes, one question: which one for this client? The short answer is Plum Perfect, almost always.

Start with Plum Perfect

Plum Perfect is the wax for nearly everything on your book. It replaced both Wild Cherry and Titanium Blue in a single formula, and it handles normal through coarse hair, face and body, including sensitive skin.

Choose the format, not the formula — Pebble for bead warmers, Hard where you run cans. Same wax either way.

If someone on your team defaults to something else, that is usually habit left over from the old line-up.

Calendula Gold is a cleanup wax

Calendula Gold is for picking up the soft, fine hairs left behind after a pass with Plum Perfect. It is a finishing step, not the wax you start a service with.

How often it is needed comes down to technique. Experienced estheticians rarely reach for it at all. If a room is going through Calendula Gold anywhere near as fast as Plum Perfect, that is a training conversation before it is a supply one.

Deluxe Cream Wax

A cream formula for thick, curly, coarse hair that needs softening before it will release cleanly. Works across skin types and is especially good on dehydrated skin.

Sugar and roll-on

Organic Sugar Paste — for sugaring services. Allow about a week from order to ship; it moves separately from the rest of the catalog.

Ruby Roll-on Cartridges — for speed on large areas like legs, arms and backs, where a cartridge beats working out of a pot. These do not fit Clean + Easy heaters; they need the Ruby heater.

Being retired

Wild Cherry and Titanium Blue are on their way out of the catalog. Plum Perfect replaces both. Do not build a back bar around either one.
